Social media and much of the internet, with the help of AI slop tools, the noise has only increased. We’re under constant barrage, this is a de-moralization tactic.

There are a few simple things anyone can do today. I want to give a few examples of tools and strategies anyone can use to help relieve external stressors and increase resiliency.

We have so many tools available to help us get activated. What does it mean to Get Activated?

Get Activated

This means you take responsibility for yourself, and put your life in order. No one is going to save you, and if you spend a large portion of your day doom-scrolling or blackpilling, you only have yourself to blame. Harden your will and go out there and put your will into action. No one can tell you what you need for your life or your family’s life. No one will spoon feed you. Stop with the learned helplessness. Stop asking others to tell you what is needed in the world. Figure out what YOU need and enact it.

What do you need? What can you offer? What is a risk that you or your family face? The answer to these questions will point you in the right direction.
Empower yourself, make local connections, build an online business, accept crypto that is private and cant be easily taken from you. Develop your faith.
