Sovereign Stack does not store any information about users longer than required to complete a re-route. Records are purged within 24 hours of product receipt to the user. While records are stored within our servers, they are encrypted at rest. We do not collect KYC information. We will NEVER collect KYC.

There are no returns once a product has left our premises.
We may need to charge updated shipping charges for certain items (secondary shipping charges). We’ll communicate any updated charges directly with you.
